Fleet Integrity grew from a career built the hard way: starting young, learning transport from the ground up and progressing by being useful, reliable and willing to take responsibility.

Humble beginnings

Transport became the classroom.

Olly did not follow the conventional academic path. He entered working life young and found an industry where attitude, judgement and experience mattered.

At 17, he started in transport planning. What began as learning routes, drivers, collections and delivery times developed into years of hands-on operational experience — understanding the consequences when planning, compliance and communication do not line up.

There was no fast-track management scheme. Progress came through doing the job, solving problems, taking responsibility and gradually being trusted with more.

The journey

From trainee planning to Transport Manager CPC.

Started in transport

Entered the industry with CM Downton and progressed from trainee transport planning into central planning.

High-volume central planning

Supported busy general haulage and pallet-network operations involving around 90–100 drivers across day, night and tramping work.

Moved into Freshlinc

Stepped into a refrigerated, ambient and frozen transport environment, managing drivers, subcontractors, customer service and operational compliance.

Transport Manager CPC

Qualified professionally as a Transport Manager, bringing formal competence together with years of hands-on operational experience.

Fleet Integrity

Created to offer transport operators direct, practical compliance support built around the standards expected of a well-run operation.

What that background means

Experience before consultancy.

Fleet Integrity is deliberately grounded in operations. The work is shaped by experience dealing with drivers, customers, planning pressure, subcontractors, vehicle issues, late running and the reality of making compliance work when the operation is busy.

That background is why the business focuses on practical controls rather than generic paperwork. A procedure only has value if people can actually follow it and the operator can prove it is working.
